Welcome to Coyote Lacrosse. The on time registration and fees deadline is January 2, 2011. You can either pay online or by mail, but it must be postmarked or paid by January 2nd to be on time. Late registration is accepted until February 2, 2011 with a $25 late fee. NO registrations will be accepted after February 2nd, 2011.
Complete both the Registration Forms and be sure to indicate both date of birth and grade as of December 31st, 2010. Placement on teams will be based on skill level and grade. In the event that a player is more than one year older than the typical age range for their grade, they can be placed on a higher grade team based on their date of birth. This team placement will be determined by the guidelines from the Colorado Youth Lacrosse Association.
Read and agree/sign both the Waiver/Indemnification and Consent for Medical Treatment forms.
Payment must be received to place a player on a roster. A player can be bumped off a roster if payment has not been received.

. The opportunities for players to participate may be limited due to number of coaches available. We are always looking for volunteer coaches for both boys and girls teams.
Fees include league fees, US Lacrosse membership, officials, field equipment, field rental, team pictures, and Rocky Mountain Jamboree Tournament fees.

Requests received prior to February 14th 80% of registration fee
Requests received February 15th - February 28th 50% of registration fee
NO refunds after March 1st

Please fill out he following information to submit to us. The current registration fees cover field rental cost, referee fees, Rocky Mountain Jamboree fees, and your player's US Lacrosse membership.
If your player joins a team that has formed after the February 2nd, 2011, deadline, there could be a chance that their uniform may not arrive on time for the first game. Those teams will have to play in their practice uniforms until the actual uniforms do arrive.
If you are new to Coyote Lacrosse, please make sure you purchase a complete uniform and a practice jersey for your player. Replacement pieces may also be purchased through the "Store" icon.
